- Preheat your oven to 400℉ (200℃) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine sweet smoked paprika, garam masala, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper. Add olive oil to create a spice paste.
- Coat the salmon fillets with the spice paste evenly.
- Bake the salmon for 10-12 minutes until it turns opaque and flakes easily.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, chopped cilantro, and sea salt to prepare the raita.
- Plate the Tandoori Salmon with a scoop of raita and enjoy with your favorite sides.
