- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Toss well and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Prepare your pineapple by cutting it into bite-sized chunks or draining canned pineapple. Set aside.
