  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh
  • 1 tbsp Grated Ginger Fresh

  • 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce Can substitute with honey and sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce Low-sodium preferred
For the Pineapple
  • 1 cup Pineapple Fresh or canned (drained)
For Cooking
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Optional Enhancements
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes For extra heat

Cooking Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Toss well and marinate in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare your pineapple by cutting it into bite-sized chunks or draining canned pineapple. Set aside.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes, until pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in the prepared pineapple chunks and cook together for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve the mixture, optionally garnished with lime juice and cilantro.
