Seasoning

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
For the Hot Honey Drizzle
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Garnish and Extras

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and let it heat for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and olive oil in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  4. Stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface and transfer to parchment paper.
  5. Spread cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a half-inch border.
  6. Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 10-13 minutes until golden.
  7. Drizzle the warm hot honey mixture over the baked pizza.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil and let cool slightly before slicing.
