- Wash 2 cups of fresh blueberries under cool running water, removing any stems or debris. Pat dry and place in a measuring cup.
- In a wide 4-quart pan, combine the prepared blueberries with 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice and 1/2 cup of allulose. Mix gently and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Place the pan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook for approximately 28 minutes until it bubbles gently.
- Check the consistency using the spoon trail method every two minutes towards the end of cooking.
- Once desired consistency is reached, remove from heat and cool for about 15 minutes before transferring to a jar.
