Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash 2 cups of fresh blueberries under cool running water, removing any stems or debris. Pat dry and place in a measuring cup.
  2. In a wide 4-quart pan, combine the prepared blueberries with 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice and 1/2 cup of allulose. Mix gently and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Place the pan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Cook for approximately 28 minutes until it bubbles gently.
  4. Check the consistency using the spoon trail method every two minutes towards the end of cooking.
  5. Once desired consistency is reached, remove from heat and cool for about 15 minutes before transferring to a jar.
