Method
 

Directions
  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients for the Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add your choice of noodles and cook according to the package instructions, about 4-6 minutes for egg noodles.
  3. While the noodles are cooking, prepare your marinade by combining sliced chicken with soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl. Allow the chicken to marinate for 15-30 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining soy sauce, honey, and another teaspoon of sesame oil to create the sauce.
  5. Heat a large skillet over high heat and add the marinated chicken. Sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Quickly toss in your choice of vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked noodles and the sauce to the skillet and toss everything together gently for about 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately, garnishing with sliced scallions.
