Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Crumble the tube polenta and press it into the greased casserole dish. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add taco seasoning, black beans, and green chilis to the beef mixture, stirring for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the baked polenta.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
