Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Bake the salmon for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked and flakes easily.
  3. Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions, usually around 20 minutes.
  4. Mix flaked salmon, imitation crab, and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
  5. Spread sushi rice in the bottom of a lightly sprayed casserole dish.
  6. Layer crushed nori sheets, then the salmon and crab mixture.
  7. Top with Everything Bagel seasoning and bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Broil for the last 2 minutes for extra crispiness.
  9. Let sit before serving, garnished with nori sheets and spicy mayo.
