Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by bringing a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the noodles and cook them according to the package instructions for about 8-10 minutes until they are slightly undercooked yet still al dente. Once done, drain the noodles in a colander and set them aside while you prepare the rest of the dish.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until it's fragrant and golden.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and no longer pink inside.
- Now, add the broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry them for about 3-4 minutes, ensuring they remain bright green and slightly tender.
- Pour the soy sauce and chili paste into the skillet over the chicken and broccoli. Mix everything thoroughly for about 1-2 minutes.
- Next, gently toss the cooked noodles into the skillet with the chicken and broccoli. Mix everything together evenly for about 2-3 minutes.
- To finish, season your dish with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the meal hot in individual bowls, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
