Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs under cold water. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Combine equal parts water and granulated sugar in a saucepan. Heat to boil, then cool until tepid.
  3. Dip cranberries and rosemary in simple syrup, coat thoroughly, and arrange on a plate.
  4. Let syrup-coated items dry on a wire rack or parchment paper for about 1 hour.
  5. Roll each cranberry and rosemary sprig in granulated sugar until evenly covered.
  6. Allow sugared items to dry for another 30 minutes to let the sugar coating set.
