  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips Dark chocolate chips can also be used

  2. Crush the vanilla wafers into fine crumbs, reserving one cup for topping.
  3. Combine crushed wafers with melted butter and press into the prepared pan.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, and pudding mix in a large bowl.
  5. Mix in the eggs, remaining melted butter, and vanilla extract until just combined.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips and reserved wafer crumbs.
