Ingredients
  

Dressing
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt use for creaminess
  • ½ cup mayonnaise Hellmann's recommended
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning adjust to preference
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard for tanginess
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill chopped
Salad
  • 8 ounces Barilla Rotini pasta cooked al dente
  • 8 ounces imitation crab or real lump crab
  • 1 cup celery finely diced
  • ½ cup bell peppers colorful and diced
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup peas thawed frozen
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, Dijon mustard, and dill until smooth.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add Barilla Rotini and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Finely dice celery, bell peppers, and onion. Weigh out peas and break imitation crab into pieces.
  4. In the bowl with dressing, add cooled pasta, crab, celery, peas, bell pepper, and onion. Gently fold to combine.
  5. Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, stir gently, adjust seasoning, and sprinkle with parsley.
