  2. Sauté the diced onion in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  4. Incorporate the shredded adobo and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix in the day-old cooked white rice and break up clumps.
  6. Stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil, heating for about 5 minutes.
  7. Push the rice mixture aside and scramble the beaten eggs on the other side, then mix into the rice.
  8. Finish by stirring in the green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
