- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange the dinner rolls on the baking sheet, keeping them attached.
- Hollow out the tops of each roll, leaving the bottoms intact.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, chopped chives, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic.
- Brush the garlic chive butter mixture inside and outside of each roll.
- Bake the rolls for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Warm the lobster meat in the remaining garlic chive butter mixture over low heat.
- Fill each hollowed roll with the warmed lobster mixture.
- Garnish the sliders with additional chopped chives.
