  • 1 pound Lobster Meat cooked; freshly cooked or pre-steamed

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the dinner rolls on the baking sheet, keeping them attached.
  3. Hollow out the tops of each roll, leaving the bottoms intact.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, chopped chives, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic.
  5. Brush the garlic chive butter mixture inside and outside of each roll.
  6. Bake the rolls for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Warm the lobster meat in the remaining garlic chive butter mixture over low heat.
  8. Fill each hollowed roll with the warmed lobster mixture.
  9. Garnish the sliders with additional chopped chives.
