Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Wet your hands and shape the mixture into elongated oval patties, about 10 to 12 in total. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Lightly grease the grill with olive oil.
  4. Grill the kofta for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through with an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
  5. Prepare the garlic yogurt sauce by mixing the yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Add minced garlic if desired.
  6. Serve the grilled Chicken Kofta on a platter with the garlic yogurt sauce drizzled on top or served on the side.

Notes
