Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Incorporate bell peppers, carrots, snap peas, and chili flakes. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender.
  5. Reduce heat and add peanut butter and soy sauce, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add cooked noodles to the skillet, gently tossing to coat in the sauce. Heat through for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with additional chili flakes or fresh vegetables.
