- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix in melted butter, egg, and salt. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour.
- Prepare the filling by mixing peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Punch down the risen dough and roll it into a large rectangle. Spread peach filling over the dough.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 pieces.
