Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix in melted butter, egg, and salt. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  6. Punch down the risen dough and roll it into a large rectangle. Spread peach filling over the dough.
  7. Starting from one edge, tightly roll the dough into a log and cut into 12 pieces.
  8. Place the slices in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Whisk together powdered sugar and milk for the glaze, then drizzle over warm rolls.
