  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder omit if using fresh onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne adjust to taste
For the Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Basil Pesto mixed with sour cream

Step-by-Step Instructions for Antojitos
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, diced green chilies, cheddar cheese, red onion, bell pepper, sour cream, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spread some filling onto a flour tortilla, roll it up tightly, and slice into five pieces.
  4. Place the pieces seam-side down on the baking sheet, and bake for 8 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Switch the oven to broil and broil for another 5 minutes until bubbly and lightly charred.
  6. Let cool slightly, then serve warm with basil pesto mixed with sour cream for dipping.
