For the Cheesy Mixture
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Can replace with ricotta.

  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Fresh grated is best.
For the Topping
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Use any melting cheese preferred.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, then toss with butter.
  3. Brown the ground beef and Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Sauté chopped onion with the browned meat for 3 minutes; add minced garlic for another minute.
  5. Pour in marinara sauce along with seasoning, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Mix cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, and Parmesan until smooth in a bowl.
  7. Fold about one cup of meat sauce into the cooked spaghetti.
  8. Layer half of the saucy spaghetti in the baking dish, spread cheese mixture, then add remaining spaghetti and meat sauce.
  9. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese evenly.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  11. Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.
