Grilling Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat, which is about 500°F.
- In a bowl, combine the ground turkey with pepper jack cheese, green chiles, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, about ¾ inch thick.
- Brush vegetable oil over the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Cook patties on the preheated grill for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway until the internal temperature hits 165°F.
- While burgers cook, mash avocados with lemon juice, lime juice, and salt until creamy for the guacamole.
- Assemble burgers on toasted buns with guacamole and any additional toppings desired.
