Method
 

Grilling Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat, which is about 500°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey with pepper jack cheese, green chiles, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties, about ¾ inch thick.
  4. Brush vegetable oil over the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  5. Cook patties on the preheated grill for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway until the internal temperature hits 165°F.
  6. While burgers cook, mash avocados with lemon juice, lime juice, and salt until creamy for the guacamole.
  7. Assemble burgers on toasted buns with guacamole and any additional toppings desired.
