Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes. Pulse until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  2. Slice the focaccia bread in half horizontally. Spread the mayo mixture on one half and pesto on the other.
  3. Layer sliced turkey on the mayo side, then prosciutto, roasted red peppers, mozzarella, balsamic glaze, basil, and arugula.
  4. Place the pesto-coated focaccia half on top, pressing gently to unite the flavors.
  5. Cut the sandwich into quarters and serve immediately or wrap for later.
