- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until well blended to create a flavorful butter mixture. Set aside while preheating the oven.
- Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Open the refrigerated biscuits and separate them into 8 pieces. Press each biscuit into the muffin tin to form small crusts.
- Brush the inside of each biscuit crust with the prepared butter mixture to enhance flavor and achieve a golden finish.
- Add a small amount of sauce into each crust, followed by mozzarella and pepperoni. Repeat layering until crusts are filled.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-23 minutes, checking around 15-18 minutes for doneness until the crust is golden-brown.
- Carefully remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes. Lift the Pizza Pot Pies out and serve.
