Preparation Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken with creamy Caesar dressing, tossing until evenly coated. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook for 3–5 minutes until warmed through.
- Carefully slice each croissant in half. Spread unsalted butter on the inside of each half.
- Toast the croissant halves in the skillet, buttered side down, for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Layer chopped Romaine lettuce on the bottom half of each toasted croissant.
- Spoon the warm chicken mixture over the lettuce.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the top halves of the croissant over the fillings and serve immediately.
