Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken Caesar Croissant Sandwich
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken breast with Caesar dressing, mixing until evenly coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken mixture, and cook for about 3–5 minutes until warmed through.
  3. Carefully split each large croissant horizontally and butter the inside of each croissant.
  4. In the same skillet, place the buttered croissant halves cut-side down and toast over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  5. Layer Romaine lettuce on the bottom half of each toasted croissant.
  6. Distribute the warm chicken mixture on top of the lettuce layers on each croissant.
