Cooking Steps
- Preheat your griddle or skillet over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Stir mini semi-sweet chocolate chips into the dry mixture.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the buttermilk and melted butter.
