Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside for 30 minutes.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly on the dough, leaving a ½-inch border.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
  5. Layer the pepperoni slices over the mozzarella evenly.
  6. Dollop ricotta cheese around the pizza.
  7. Transfer the pizza to the preheated stone/baking sheet and bake for 8 to 12 minutes.
  8. Drizzle hot honey over the baked pizza immediately.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes before serving.
