Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Combine yeast, sugar or honey, and warm water in a bowl. Stir gently and let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Whisk together foamy yeast mixture, salt, and vegetable oil in a large bowl. Gradually add flour until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 4-5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm area for 1.5 hours.
  5. Punch down the dough, divide it, and shape each piece into a loaf. Place in greased pans.
  6. Cover pans with a towel and let loaves rise for 45-60 minutes until doubled.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake loaves for 30-33 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, cool in pans for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
