Cooking Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the potato gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface, which usually takes about 2-4 minutes. Drain the gnocchi in a colander.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter along with olive oil over medium heat. Once the butter is foamy, add the drained gnocchi and sear for 3-5 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Using the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously and bring to a gentle simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan, rosemary, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper, mixing until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
- Return the crispy gnocchi to the skillet and gently toss everything together, cooking for 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the Heavenly Millionaire Gnocchi immediately, garnishing with extra Parmesan and parsley. Optionally, sprinkle red pepper flakes on top.

Notes
Use fresh potato gnocchi for the best texture and flavor. Adjust the sauce thickness with pasta water if needed. Customize with your choice of proteins or veggies.
