- Wash and slice the zucchini into half-inch thick rounds. Combine zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and onion powder in a bowl. Toss until coated.
- Grill the seasoned zucchini slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear and they are fork-tender.
