Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

  3. Sift in flour and cornstarch, and gently fold into the batter.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and salt until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar until stiff peaks.
  5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Distribute the batter into cupcake liners, filling two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until golden with a gentle jiggle.
  8. Allow to cool in the tin, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
