  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. Sprinkle in 1/4 cup of flour, stirring for 1-2 minutes until light golden, forming a roux.
  4. Whisk in 1.5 cups of chicken broth and 0.5 cups of cream, cooking until thickened (4-5 minutes).
