Toss the chicken thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Heat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until hot. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the skillet, searing them for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden crust forms.
  3. Transfer the chicken thighs to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for approximately 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
