- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk 4 large eggs until light and frothy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in 2 cups of shredded Monterey Jack cheese and 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
