For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise can substitute half with Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Vinegar (White Wine or Apple Cider)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely shred about four cups of green cabbage, chop one cucumber into small chunks, and slice two ribs of celery into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop a handful of your preferred herbs, like cilantro or parsley. Gather these ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together half a cup of mayonnaise, two tablespoons of vinegar, one teaspoon of onion powder, and a sprinkle of black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the creamy dressing over the prepared vegetables in the mixing bowl. Toss gently until everything is thoroughly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour to let the flavors meld together.
