  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals. Dip each chilled Bunny Oreo Ball into the melted chocolate and let excess chocolate drip off.
  4. Cut mini marshmallows diagonally for bunny ears and dip cut sides in pink sugar sprinkles. Press ears into the tops of each Bunny Oreo Ball.
