  3. Make the Buttermilk Mixture: Whisk together soy milk, apple cider vinegar, and hot sauce. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the Breading Ingredients: Combine flour, cornstarch, cornmeal, and spices in a bowl.
