Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. If not using pre-made black bean flour, blend ½ cup of dry black beans to make your flour.
  3. Mix the black bean flour with sea salt and 1 tablespoon of avocado oil.
  4. Gradually stir in ½ to 2/3 cup of water to create a slightly runny batter.
  5. Spoon small amounts of batter onto baking sheets, leaving space between each.
  6. With a fork, press and spread batter into thin layers for even thickness.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes, flip chips, and bake for another 8-10 minutes until golden-brown.
  8. Let cool on baking sheets before serving or storing.
