Cooking Steps

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the wings with baking powder, salt, and black pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss again until they are lightly coated.
  5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  6. Bake the wings for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
  7. Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) for the last 10 minutes to enhance crispiness.
  8. Remove wings from the oven and toss with ranch seasoning mix, then serve immediately.
