Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Scoop the pulp from 8-10 fresh passion fruits and use a fine mesh strainer to separate the puree from the seeds.
  2. In a chilled mixing bowl, whip together 1 cup of cold heavy whipping cream and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  3. Blend the prepared passion fruit puree with 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk until smooth, optionally adding lime juice or rum.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the passion fruit mixture using a rubber spatula until just combined.
