  • 4 cloves garlic fresh recommended
  • 2 tablespoons butter can substitute with olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream full-fat preferred
  • 2 cups cheese (mozzarella, ricotta) substitute part-skim for lighter option
  • 2 cups spinach optional, fresh or frozen

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and cook 1 pound of shrimp with minced garlic for 3-5 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, add 1 cup of heavy cream and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Spread some sauce in the baking dish, layer with lasagna noodles, shrimp, and cheese repeating until finished.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil for the last 10 minutes to brown the cheese.
  7. Let the lasagna rest for about 15 minutes before serving.
