- Microwave 1 cup of Lotus Biscoff spread for about 30 seconds to soften it slightly.
- In a chilled mixing bowl, whisk 2 cups of heavy cream at medium speed, then add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Layer approximately 10 Lotus Biscoff cookies at the bottom of a serving dish, followed by a layer of the whipped cream mixture.
- Drizzle softened Biscoff spread over the whipped cream layer and create a swirl.
- Repeat layering with Biscoff cookies, whipped cream, and more Biscoff spread, finishing with whipped cream on top.
