  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
For the Finishing Touch
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Can substitute with Pecorino Romano.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Wash and slice the carrots, toss in olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Bring salted water to a boil, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. Sear the seasoned steak in a skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in garlic, then add lemon juice, Dijon mustard, paprika, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
  6. Toss the cooked linguine in the sauce, add the steak and roasted carrots, mix well.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley before serving.
