Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine one can of drained tuna and one cup of cottage cheese until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Crack one egg into the bowl and stir in chopped green onions, optional parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently fold in about half a cup of panko breadcrumbs until combined.
  4. Form the mixture into six equal-sized patties, about 2½ inches wide.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the patties, cooking for 3–4 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer the cooked patties to a serving plate and garnish as desired.
