- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven now.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick, then transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the Calabrian chili paste evenly over the dough, reaching the edges.
- Layer sweet roasted red peppers over the chili paste evenly.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top of the pizza.
- Bake your pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Once out of the oven, add fresh basil leaves on top before slicing.
- Slice the pizza into wedges and serve hot.
