  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil added before serving

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven now.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick, then transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread the Calabrian chili paste evenly over the dough, reaching the edges.
  4. Layer sweet roasted red peppers over the chili paste evenly.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top of the pizza.
  6. Bake your pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Once out of the oven, add fresh basil leaves on top before slicing.
  8. Slice the pizza into wedges and serve hot.
