Step-by-Step Instructions for BBQ Chicken Fries
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut the Russet potatoes into even-sized fries, about 1/4 inch thick. Spread them on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the fries for 30–35 minutes, turning them halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Season cubed chicken breasts with smoked paprika and garlic powder. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil, and sauté the chicken for 7–10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, and honey to make the BBQ sauce. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the BBQ sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet and gently stir to coat evenly. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Arrange the baked fries on a serving platter and top them with BBQ chicken. Add diced bell pepper and green chili on top.
- Top with slices of avocado and finely minced spring onion. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the dish and serve.

Notes
For crispy fries, ensure they are spaced out on the baking sheet. Marinating chicken in BBQ sauce for a few minutes can enhance flavor.
