A decadent seafood delight featuring layers of shrimp, crab, and cheese in a rich marinara sauce.

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Place 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spoon half of the seafood and cheese mixture over the noodles, then add another layer of marinara sauce. Repeat the layers with 3 more noodles, the remaining seafood mixture, and more marinara sauce. Top with the last 3 noodles and the remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the seafood mixture.
- Substitute the marinara sauce with Alfredo sauce for a creamy variation.
