Oreo Fudge Brownie Pizza is a delicious dessert that combines the rich flavors of brownies and Oreos, topped with a creamy layer and whipped topping.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup mini Oreo cookies for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Stir until well combined and smooth.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and crushed Oreo cookies.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pizza pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let it cool completely in the pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Once the brownie base is completely cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkle mini Oreo cookies on top for garnish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For an extra chocolatey flavor, drizzle melted chocolate over the whipped topping before adding the mini Oreos.
- Substitute the crushed Oreos with other cookies like chocolate chip or peanut butter for a different twist.
