Description

Oreo Fudge Brownie Pizza is a delicious dessert that combines the rich flavors of brownies and Oreos, topped with a creamy layer and whipped topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup mini Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Stir until well combined and smooth.
  3. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and crushed Oreo cookies.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pizza pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let it cool completely in the pan.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  7. Once the brownie base is completely cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
  8. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle mini Oreo cookies on top for garnish.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For an extra chocolatey flavor, drizzle melted chocolate over the whipped topping before adding the mini Oreos.
  • Substitute the crushed Oreos with other cookies like chocolate chip or peanut butter for a different twist.
