A decadent dessert combining rich brownie, creamy cheesecake, and hot fudge, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Maraschino cherries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared springform pan, spreading it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese layer, spreading it gently to cover.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
- Once cooled, drizzle hot fudge sauce over the top of the cheesecake. Top with whipped cream, chopped nuts, and maraschino cherries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to set the layers.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try adding a teaspoon of espresso powder to the brownie batter.
- You can substitute the hot fudge sauce with caramel sauce for a different twist.
