- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, lump crab meat, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Take one lasagna noodle and spoon about 1/4 cup of the seafood filling onto it. Roll it up tightly and place it seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the seafood filling.
- Substitute the seafood with cooked chicken or vegetables for a different flavor profile.
