Description

A delicious layered dessert featuring brownie bites, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups brownie bites (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed walnuts (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. If using homemade brownies, bake according to package instructions or your favorite recipe, then let them cool completely before cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a large trifle dish or individual serving cups, layer half of the brownie bites at the bottom.
  5. Add half of the chocolate pudding over the brownie layer, followed by half of the whipped cream.
  6. Sprinkle half of the mini chocolate chips and crushed walnuts (if using) over the whipped cream layer.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining brownie bites, pudding, whipped cream, and top with the remaining chocolate chips and walnuts.
  8. Cover the trifle with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the layers to set.
  9. Before serving, garnish with fresh berries if desired.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, substitute vanilla pudding for chocolate pudding.
  • Add a layer of caramel sauce between the layers for extra sweetness and flavor.
