- 4 (6-ounce) cod fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and lemon juice together.
- Dip each cod fillet into the butter and lemon mixture, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Press each fillet into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.
- Place the coated fillets on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is golden brown on top.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
